His paintings are bright, bold and full of movement. They are exciting! And Frankie Flores has become Saratoga Springs's art star. His work is seen everywhere and he is in demand. This weekend he heads off to Belmont to rub elbows with Big Brown's people and hob nob with the horsey set. Who knows how high his star will ascend. We admire and support an artist who has made it to the big time.
